Monday Night Mini-Runs
Cal Anderson Park - 6:30 PM

Join us for a mini-run on Monday evenings at 6:30 PM starting in front of the Waterworks fountain at Cal Anderson Park, just across from the light rail station.

Our Monday runs are designed to be lower distances, and slower paces, than any other run in our weekly calendar. This makes it a great entry point for anyone new to running, or for people needing a lighter run for recovery.

Distances for the Monday runs average around 3 miles. While fast runners are encouraged to surge ahead and run on their own, the majority of the group will stick together with the slowest runners. This means you're never alone, no matter what pace you're at.

The address is 1635 11th Ave, Seattle WA 98112. Afterwards, join us as we go out to dinner at a nearby restaurant announced after the run.

Monday runs cycle through four separate courses. Please check Heylo for each week’s run details:

Cal Anderson to Volunteer is an “out and back” route that takes you through Capitol Hill to Volunteer Park.

18th Ave takes you south through First Hill and Central District before taking you back up to Capitol Hill.

Miller’s Bow takes you through the residential areas of Capitol Hill for a quieter experience.

Cal-Lakeview provides great views of Lake Union! Although this route includes a staircase, runners will typically take the stairs as an opportunity to slowly recover and ascend.
